The Accounting Department in the Eller College of Management has been utilizing the services of Above & Beyond Relocation Services for at least the last five or six years. We have found them to be extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and above all unflappable.
They treat people the way people deserve to be treated. They contact the prospective employee to find out their needs and give them information geared to those needs. They help the employee focus on what they are looking for, or not looking for, and match the needs of the employee to a realty specialist in that area. They also arrange for realty or apartment hunting tours. Their name says it all, yet doesn't cover all of the not so little things -- giving concerned parents information on school districts, arranging transportation to the airport (if needed) after a realty tour, etc.
Another thing I enjoy most particularly is their professionalism. The person who is 95% sure they are not coming to Tucson is treated the same as one ready to move here in a week. This past recruiting season they took care of over a dozen of our interviewees, even some who arrived with less than a week's notice. In addition, they have the courtesy to let us know the outcome of the visit (from their perspective).
